In response to news of the amicus curiae brief filed by 11 Republican attorneys general claiming that the #ExxonKnew probe (by New York and Massachusetts attorneys general) is unconstitutional because, in part, “climate change is the subject of legitimate international debate,” Climate Hawks Vote issues the following statement (which took us six dictionaries and several hours to craft):
