Josh Riley

Josh Riley saw what happened to upstate New York towns when the factories closed and families struggled. So he worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee on issues important to small town America. And now he’s running for Congress – on the Inflation Reduction Act.

Josh knows that when IRA factories build things like batteries and solar panels, workers win; American manufacturing wins; and our climate wins. But his Republican opponent, Marc Molinaro, voted against the IRA and clean energy jobs.

In 2022, Molinaro won by less than 2 points. Now, with a redrawn district, the Cook Political Report rates this race a “toss-up." But to oust an incumbent, Josh needs fighters at his side – and that means flocks of climate hawks.
