Heidi Hall is running in California’s redrawn Third Congressional District, now including northern Sacramento suburbs and rural counties. She’s running on her experience as an environmental advocate, including over a decade at the Environmental Protection Agency, and her record as a county supervisor. She even signed the No Fossil Fuel Money pledge while hugging a tree! She faces a Congressmember who moved from the Sixth to the Third District post-Proposition 50; as with other redrawn districts, we expect this district to flip.
