In-person absentee voting ā more commonly referred to as āearly votingā in Oklahoma ā is available to all voters. No excuse is needed. But Vote by mail closed on October 24. You can vote early, in person, in your county at your designated early voting location from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday Nov 3 and Friday Nov 4.
