Jennifer McClellan has a strong climate justice record in the Virginia state legislature. Her leadership in the State Senate helped pass Virginia’s Clean Economy Act, and the Solar Freedom Act. She wrote and passed a bill to protect Virginia waterways from interstate pipeline projects.
