We're endorsing meteorologist and climate activist Eric Sorensen in Illinois’ open Seventeenth Congressional District.
Eric is a climate change expert who served the western Illinois area as a weatherman for 22 years. He has seen first-hand that Illinois has already felt the impact of our changing climate, from the 2021 drought to the 2019 floods. Congress doesn’t have a trusted climate communicator. Eric will be that trusted messenger, speaking the truth to his colleagues and the American people.
